For over 5 years, I've helped local businesses grow online through SEO, web design, advertising, and social media. I started True Impact Digital because I kept seeing the same problem with our plumbers, HVAC, electricians, and auto shops here in Westchester - they're losing jobs simply because they can't answer the phone while they're on a job.

My background is a little different for a marketing guy. I have a BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, served 10 years in the US Army Reserves as an MP Officer (CPT), and spent 30+ years in medical device sales.
That experience taught me how to listen to what a customer really needs, build trust, and measure what actually drives results. Today I use that same sales acumen and data-driven approach to help local service businesses capture every opportunity and grow their bottom line without hiring extra staff.
